Lyrics and rhythms would energise you into a Euphoric state of audio ecstasy leaving your body humming to the morning and beyond. 
This week I would like to take you back to 1983 a year often overshadowed by the mesmerising star-date that artists of Soul peeked perfection...1984.

Synopsis
After dropping the Mic to enable you to truly be at one with my Undiluted Music during January, 
I proudly return to spearhead February’s selection of themed productions which kicks off with a brand new concept show evolving my way of celebrating the Long play Media which was previously titled an LP Showcase.
My Soul-Unique way of presenting Soul truly knows no boundaries as a mere 20 mins before I was ready to start compiling albums for this episode, a concept appeared to me with a longing to present the Artists and Albums in order of Numeracy, The irony here is my LP's are vaulted in this very order unlike my 12"s which are catalogued in their years of purchase!
With each show representing the title letter! you would think that I would like most in the game start my pilot with the letter A? Right!

Welcome Groovers to the latest episode in the Undiluted series as we conclude The first January of a new dawn with an introduction to my rendition of a compilation series that so nearly was... Celebrating the best of my records Uncut.
With last weeks episode concentrating on the remixes with tracks enhanced by the Master Mixers ever so respectfully to enhance the true DNA of the artists creative origins... I was left feeling like I had only scratched the surface of my floor-filling years I cherish so much, So with the mission at hand not concluded, a continuation was always on the cards! especially with the popularity of its downloads and sharing... I can only salute you...This week we continue the celebration of the remix’s as the 1980s provides the backdrop to my hay-days as wine bars and Nite spots served up spaces to socialise & Admirer... and for the DJ to inspire you to project your very souls collectively towards the conductor of the melodies to take control of your minds your bodies and more importantly... your Souls, A natural high like no other?

SOUL A:M Pres UNDILUTED VOL 4 The Remixes

We continue this month of January as we started celebrating my music served to you the purest way I am able! Undiluted, 
Each week a different rendition of my nearly was Compilation Album entitled Undiluted that was so so close to construction to coincide with  celebrate 10 glorious years of My weekly show Soul A:M which on this day is merely weeks away from 19 fantastic years of broadcast.
Today’s excursions into my vaults serves up creations harmony’s beats n rhymes produced by wizards of the round table’s entitled Master Mixers of whom entered the foray of re-mixing records an art form which stems back to the origins of beat matching this craft in so many ways an art form daring to be at one with the music individually seamlessly segwaying independent records together to create new music... Mastering this superior level of DJ’n quickly rose in popularity due to the ability to prolong the dance-floors inhabitants subsequently enveloping them sounds with feelings of Utopian delights. 
Due to the demonisation of Disco which weighed down heavy on record producers and artists alike to retreat back into their studio’s to remix their own technical thoughts to evolve dance for the impending 1980s. Sadly due to its hi attention span, and the Soul Sapping concentration levels required to produce music live out of records already produced to wax challenged many Disc Jockey’s into submission thus creating a teared level of status which propelled the demand of the Mix - able DJs sky bound with the chosen few entering the recording studio to propel their passion into record production and track remixes.
This production is a celebration of those DJ/Producers and record labels of whom respectfully created music out of music whilst keeping the recording artists true renditions to heart.

Welcome true music lovers to the Undiluted series this week excursion as part of our Free-Style January which takes us on a Soul- Unique Journey to rediscover the pure power of records produced marked and released to be absorbed through the collective minds bonded within a celestial plain constructed to harness the collective elements of Attraction Energy, Rhythm and Harmony thus creating the Utopia that was the Dance-Floor.
 
Tracks forged out of the heartache oppression and a longing to master the craft of music for a better life was the driving force for many artists and bands of the 1970s and we certainly felt their sweet power delivering deep R&B cuts which were served up to you well underground like a resistance movement of outcasts, fuelling excitement towards living for the weekend this culture became the stable of socialites and hipsters alike shaking their Groove things into the feel good 1980s,
With Disco evolving into Dance enhanced in every way to ignite your very DNA to invoke pleasure.
I have selected an ensemble of 12” records from the vaults of whom have served me well over my years feeding clubbers creating nights of pleasure, If you ever experienced being at one on a Dance-Floor you will know the very reason why the pioneers labelled our Sound Soul Music...

The Inspiration for todays ensemble of Fusion, Funk n Soul artists resides with My Mother a lady l am proud to call our leader… An inspirational icon of whom knows no boundaries, Coming home to the UK amidst the madness during December to spearhead an event of what I can only describe as the most amazing retro themed Christmas to date. My Big Brother was taken far too early in his prime! a beacon of Leadership to many throughout the 1970s and 80s further more described as a true Gent whilst known to the Lions faithful as “Tiny” to me though he will forever reside within my Soul…within my Music forever guiding me forwards to this very day to distribute my love, appreciation and longing... to share beautiful Undiluted and uplifting Music in the hope of making you smile from the inside out. 
"Fact" - Today's Cover is the actual front cover for my proposed first Compilation album 10 years ago ! A two part gate folded edition LP released on Vinyl only! Undiluted was to be shipped with LP 1 with inside artwork and history inc pictures feeding Dance-Floors and Radio the past 30 years, LP 2 would be later released with A&B side 30 min x 2 MegaMixes to complete the set.
Advance talks with labels for copyrights were past advance stages where possible whilst negotiations were set with the Historic Abby Road recording studio's to become the first DJ/Producer to lay down a compilation live…Very exciting times these were.
I really appreciated all the love and support from my inner circle during this time with even all pre-orders reserved before going to print? Sadly due to a life obstacle! Undiluted was never cut…    Until now Enjoy.

This weeks production spearheads a January like no other! having to now carry the weight of hope for a whole calendar year prior which was literally wiped out!!!
 
January is special for many more reasons than I care to share! but! First and foremost this month I give my Productive mind a much needed rest! Opting for my rules of audio attraction, simply playing what I feel all in real-time of recording which ramps up the anticipation of feel good.

When I was growing up in the 1970s being at an age to absorb the scriptures of visionaries from comics like 2000ad that had their interpretations of our future societies ring fenced into the confines of comic books purchased by younglings eager to expand their wanton minds…
Seldom would I envisage that I would actually lay witness to a sequence of events that make fantastic tales of an impending dystopian society a reality…And then came 2020! With events playing out like a movie script! from amazing stories laid out like a short story,
I invite you to Don’t walk towards 1 minute past midnight this NYE! but Sprint if you can… towards the light of hope! Better still this celebration of the best mixes of the worst year in modern History,
Dance, Smile! feel alive…and understand The future is what “YOU” make it.

Master J Pres, The Soul of Top of the Pops

For anyone fortunate enough to have lived through this timeline where creativity innovation and trendsetting was as important as fame! You are now about to be transported back this Christmas week to revisit a British institution which since the late 60s has been a platter to sample the latest chart hits from artists from around the world,
Over the years this platform was often subject of criticism for its lack diverse music! or if a track did make it on to TOTPs it would loose street cred and deemed commercial...
That mentality was not shared within my mind! or i am sure with the artists and groups hopeful of making it,
 
This compilation of hits made it onto this iconic show and features a varied selection of artists from 1 hit wonders to US super groups chart bound between 1975 - 1984,
This was by no means the definitive selection, Whilst very difficult to compile, many tracks were unlawfully left out of selection to bring you respectfully streamlined show to fit into your Holiday’s and will warrant a sequel for sure!
